Dhaka Fried Fish | Crispy Fish Fillets or Finger Fish

Fish fillets                 300 grams

All-purpose flour       4 tablespoon

Corn starch                2 tablespoon

Egg                            2 medium

Hot sauce                  1 teaspoon

Soya sauce                2 tablespoon

Black pepper             ½ teaspoon

Salt                            ½ teaspoon

Sesame seeds            1 ½ tablespoon

Wash the fish and let it rest in a stainer for a while,

Always pat dry the fish before use, if not the batter will fall off,

Marinate the fish with all the ingredients for ½ hour,

Now fry the fish pieces in oil till golden brown,

It will take around 7 to 10 minutes,

Serve hot,
