Potatoes 3 medium (small slices)
Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
Onion 1 medium (chopped)
Tomatoes 2 medium (chopped)
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon
Cumin (Zeera) ½ teaspoon
Green chilies 2 medium
Oil 4 tablespoon
In oil add chopped onion and cumin,
Cook till onion turns light golden,
Now add tomatoes, ½ cup water, red chili powder and salt,
Cook for few minutes until tomatoes become soft,
Now add potatoes, fenugreek leaves and green chilies,
Add little water, cook low flame until potatoes are tender,
Fry till oil starts to appear,
Garnish it with green chilies and serve with chapatti or with rice,
