Chili Chicken Dry | Restaurant Style Easy Recipe

During the lockdown I always crave for restaurant style food, it’s better to make food at home rather than risking, so here is the tempting recipe of chili chicken dry

INGREDIENTS

Boneless Chicken               300 grams (cubes)

Bell pepper                          1 medium (cubes)

Onion                                    1 medium (cubes)

Green chilies                       3 or to taste (diagonal cut)

Hot sauce                             1 tablespoon

Soya sauce                           1 tablespoon

Ketchup                                4 tablespoon

Vinegar                                 1 teaspoon

Garlic                                    3 cloves (crushed)

Cornstarch                           1 tablespoon

Oil                                          3 tablespoon

TO PREPARE THE CHICKEN

All purpose flour             3 tablespoon

Cornstarch                        1 ½ tablespoon

Soya sauce                        1 tablespoon

Salt                                     to taste or ½ teaspoon

Pepper                               ½ teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste         1 teaspoon

Egg                                     1 medium

In a bowl marinate the chicken with , all purpose flour, corn starch, soya sauce, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste and egg for almost ½ hour,

Now in a pan fry the marinated chicken till golden brown,

FOR THE SAUCE

In a pan add garlic, onions and pepper, sauté for a minute,

Add prepared chicken, chilies and rest of the remaining ingredients,

Add little water and thicken it with cornstarch,

Garnish it with chilies,

Serve with rice or pasta,
