Chicken Palak Makhni | buttery Chicken Spinach curry | Quick & Easy Recipe

Spinach          1 kilogram (chopped & washed)

Chicken          250 grams (medium pieces)

Onion              1 medium (finely chopped)

Tomatoes       2 medium (blended in little water)

Oil                    2 tablespoon

Butter              2 tablespoon

Dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)  3 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste            1 teaspoon

Bay leaves                 2 small

Cinnamon                 1 inch piece

Turmeric                  ½ teaspoon

Coriander powder             ½ teaspoon

Red chili powder               ½ teaspoon

Salt                           ½ teaspoon or to taste

Cumin                     ½ teaspoon

Green chilies         2 medium (optional)

Butter                    1 tablespoon for garnish

Steam spinach and blend it for smooth consistency,

In a pan add butter, oil chicken, ginger garlic paste and onions,

Sauté till chicken turns white,

Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt, cumin bay leaves and cinnamon,

Cook till chicken starts to fry,

Add blended spinach, fenu Greek leaves and green chilies,

Cook till oil starts to appear on side,

Garnish it with butter and serve with cumin rice.
