Sea-food holds a special place in Pakistani cuisines,
From the fried fish till prawn masala, sea food is loved by everyone.
So for the recipe I have taken:
Prawns 500 grams
Onion 1 large (Chopped)
Tomatoes 1 large (Chopped)
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin (Zeera) ½ teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste or ¾ teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Sun-dried fenugreek leaves (Kasoori methi ) 3 tablespoon
In a pan add oil, cumin and onions, sauté till they turn golden brown.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, salt and ½ cup water,
Cook till tomatoes get tender, and oil occurs on side.
Add methi with prawns and cook till they are tender.
Garnish with coriander and green chilies.
Serve with naan.
