Walnut Brownies by Chef Umer


Temperature 180 °c
Time 15-20 MIN


Ingredients
Step 1
 Dark chocolate 150 gm
 Unsalted butter 125 gm
Step 2
 Eggs 2 pc
 Granulated sugar 50 gm
Step 3
 Flour 25 gm
 Walnut 60 gm


GANACHE
 Milk pack cream 100 ml
 Melted chocolate 200 gm
 White chocolate 40 gm
 Heavy cream 130 gm
 Gelatin 5 gm
 Coffee ½ TSP

PROCEDURE

  1. On the double boiler melt the chocolate and butter
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar
  3. Mix all the ingredient in the mixture
  4. Combine all items and bake at 180 °c for 15 to 20 min
  5. Cool the brownie
  6. Mix the melted chocolate are with milk pack cream and pour on the brownie
  7. Mix the cream ingredients and pipe it on the brownie
  8. Serve cool
