Unsalted butter 125 gm

Eggs 2 pc
Granulated sugar 50 gm

Flour 25 gm
Walnut 60 gm
GANACHE
Milk pack cream 100 ml
Melted chocolate 200 gm
White chocolate 40 gm
Heavy cream 130 gm
Gelatin 5 gm
Coffee ½ TSP
PROCEDURE
- On the double boiler melt the chocolate and butter
- Beat the eggs and sugar
- Mix all the ingredient in the mixture
- Combine all items and bake at 180 °c for 15 to 20 min
- Cool the brownie
- Mix the melted chocolate are with milk pack cream and pour on the brownie
- Mix the cream ingredients and pipe it on the brownie
- Serve cool
