
Semolina ( suji) 1 cup
Milk 1& 1/2cup
Oil 2-3tbs
Oil for frying
Sugar 1.5cup
Water 1.5cup
Cardamom 2-3
Make sheera with sugar and water and add cardamon and it should be slight thick not too runny not to sticky..
Take a non-stick pan and brush almost 1/2- 1 tbs of oil. Add semolina (suji) and roast on low flame .. don’t change its color… Slight roast and pour milk gradually to make sure lumps won’t made…
Mix well on low flame and it will become a sticky dough…
Remove from flame and put it in a bowl and let it cool for 10mins… Add 2tbs of oil in the dough and knead well to make a dough like we make for doughnuts or for pizza… That it wouldn’t be sticky( don’t add anything)
Now make small balls from the dough and fry till golden brown or dark brown whatever you like in gulab jaman..
Now put all of them in sheera.. and serve..
For presentation you may sprinkle few pistachios by cutting or chopping them.
