Mutton Seekh Kababs | Pakistani Special Recipe | Eid- ul-adha Special

Mutton seekh kababs are highly in demand when it come to Eid-ul-adha, make sure there is no water in marinate otherwise it won’t stay on the skewers.

Grounded mutton                         500 grams or ½ kg

Onion (finely chopped)                 1 medium

Fresh coriander (finely chopped)           2 tablespoon

Green chilies (finely chopped)     2 medium    

Ginger garlic paste                          1 tablespoon

Garam masala                                 1 tablespoon

Food color                                       ¼ teaspoon

Red chili powder                            ½ teaspoon

Baking soda                                    ½ teaspoon

Red chili flakes                              ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                    to taste or 1 teaspoon

Add all the ingredients in grounded meat and let it marinate for minimum 6 hours.

Put kababs in skewers,

Now you can fry, bar-be-que or bake them.

Each side will hardly take 5 to 7 minutes.

Serve with salad and chutney.
