Ingredients
Chicken 1
Cream 1 or 2
Yogurt 2
Ginger garlic paste 1-1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed10-12
Salt according to taste
Take 2 medium onions. Chop them like omlete… Now fry them in little oil or ghee is better for good smell. 3 table spoon oil or ghee…. Fry till pinkish brown… Add chicken and fry … When color changes add in the ginger garlic paste n fry a little more… Now add in yougurt (I used 1 and half milk pack yogurt because chicken has half ) u can use 2 or 2 and half for more gravy… ) cover with lid and let the chicken cook. After 5 mins take off the Lid and move the chicken. With spoon and the. Again cover it but now not with full covered lid. It should b little open for smoke to come out…. Wait till chicken is ready and If yogurt is drying up n Chicken is not ready then keep adding little water for chicken. To b cooked…. When done add water 1 glass if its dry. Then add 2 pack of cream… And mix well…. It will become thick… Close the flame if its tick… Add in the masalas…. Salt, black pepper, garam masala, chat masala. All according to your taste my kids like it light so I make according to their taste…. Mix well and add water of its too thick. and let cook for sometime….. When u taste and check the type of gravy u want then add Add 3 green chili whole , no cuts just stick removed. And close the flame and cover fully with the lid…. 5 mins. Its ready to serve ☺️
