Ingredients for Chicken QORMA
chicken (one kg)
oil (half cup )
onion (3big size) chopped
Ginger,Garlic paste (if mix then 4tbsp /or if separate than 2 spoon each )
namak (according to taste )
Yogurt (half cup )
chilli powder (one teaspoon)
garam masala powder (half teaspoon)
haldi (half teaspoon)
sukha dhania powder (one tablespoon)
ilaichi (4)
Almonds (7 crushed )if you wish not necessary


Method
First add oil in the pan on normal flame 🔥
Add onions fry them until they give you brown color
Take out onion and put into a grinder then add yogurt and grind it so put it aside.
Now go back to the pan add ginger garlic paste in oil (which we have used for onions to)
When you get a light golden color of ginger garlic paste add chicken and mix them well until it gives you a light brown color of chicken.
Now add all the masalas and half cup water now mix it with your hands continuously for at least 5minutes .
Now add onion and yogurt paste and mix it well for 5minutes.
Now cover up your pan on low flame 🔥 for at least 15minutes until you get your desired consistency and chicken is properly cooked.
In last put dhania and chopped ginger for garnishing ✨
