
Chicken marinate
300g chicken break
Sugar half tsp
Peprika powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper half tap
Salt half tap
Ginger garlic 1tsp
1tbsp chopped green coriander
1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp vinegar
Marinate for atleast 1 hour, cook on medium heat on each side for 9/10 mins
Serve with chips on a bed of veg and garlic rice
Sauce
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
All purpose flour 1.5 tbsp
Half tsp black pepper
Quarter tsp salt
1/4 cup chillis garlic sauce
1 cup chicken stock
Melt butter add onion and garlic together sauté for 3 mins then add flour and cook for few mins then add soya sauce kaali mirch Jamal chilli garlic sauce and chicken stall and keep whisking till the sauce thickens
Vegetables
Half cup julien cut carrot
Half cup each of the 3 colours of bell pepper
Oil 2 tbsp
1tbsp butter
Green stem of spring onion 1 tbsp
1tbsp fresh coriander
Butter mai spring onion aur Dhania daal k few seconds stir then add carrot and bell peppers and sprinkle half tsp black pepper half tsp crushed red chilliest and quarter tsp salt and serve veg should stay crunchie
Garlic rice
2 cup boiled rice
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp garlic
Green stem of the spring onion 1 tbsp finely chopped
Half tsp black pepper
Half tap salt
Melt butter add garlic and chopped green stem of spring onion dry on medium heat 2 mins, add black pepper and salt, sauté and add the boiled rice garlic rice is ready
