Sweet & Sour Chicken | Restaurant Style Recipe | Quick & Easy

Boneless chicken       500 grams

All purpose flour        4 tablespoon

Cornstarch                2 tablespoon

Egg                          1

Onion                      1 medium

Carrots                   1 medium

Capsicum               1 medium

Mushrooms           4 medium(slices)

Chicken stock        1 cup

Ketchup                  ½ cup

Soya sauce             2 tablespoon

Sugar                       2 tablespoon

Ajino moto             ½ teaspoon

Black pepper         ½ teaspoon

White pepper        ¼ teaspoon

Hot sauce               ½ teaspoon

Chicken cube        1 cube

In chicken add all purpose flour, corn starch and egg,

Mix well and fry it till golden brown,

In a pan add stock, ketchup, soya sauce and other spices,

When sauce starts to boil add vegetables and fried chicken,

Bring the mixture to boil and add corn starch solution

Cornstarch solution is 2 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolve in ¼ cup of water,

When sauce becomes thick, garnish it with green part of spring onions.

Serve with fried rice.

Tip: Better to serve fresh ad don’t overcook the vegetables (serve them cripsy)
