Poori recipe

All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup

Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup

Oil 3 tablespoons

Salt 1/2 teaspoon

Knead the above ingredients with water,

Dough should not be too hard or soft,

Knead it till smthe dough is smooth,

Let it rest in a fridge for a night

Make small balls and flatten it

Deep fry it till golden color occurs on both the sides,

Enjoy with halwa or chanay k salan
