Haray bharay kababs

Grounded chicken 500 grams
Mint 1/2 cup
Coriander 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2 small or as per taste
Onion 1 small
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Bread 2 slices
Worcestershire sauce 4 tablespoons
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chinese salt 1/2 teapoon (optional)
Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon
Egg 1 medium

In a chopper add onion, bread, mint, coriander and chillies
Add the chopped mixture in to grounded chicken
And all the other ingredients, marinate it for almost 1/2 hour,
Fry it in frying pan with more oil then usual,
When one side is done, flip the kababs.
Approximately5 minutes each side

(if you dont have grounded chicken use boneless chicken and chop it with other ingredients)

Tips for juicy kababs


Don’t turn it again and again
Don’t press the kababs
Don’t over cook
Add 1 tbsp of butter in the marinate
