Ingredients
1 cup flour
3/4 cup water
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
4 Tbl sp sugar
2 Tble sp butter(non salted n melted)
1 Tbl sp Oil
Pinch of salt
1/8 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp baking powder

Heat up your waffle iron while you gathered your ingredients

Directions

1)Mix all dry ingredients add egg yolk, and water mix well then add oil and butter
2)In an other bowl beat egg white until it fluffy or lighter ,add to your batter and mix it together
3)add your batter in waffle iron and cook
When the timer or cooked light turns on your done
Serve with warm syrup or icecream 😍
