Chicken Corn Soup | Easy & Quick Recipe

Chicken             1 cup (boiled and shredded)

Stock                  3 cups

Whole corn       1 cup

Crushed corn    1 cup

Egg                      2

Chicken cube     1

Black pepper      ½ teaspoon

White pepper     ¼  teaspoon

Soya sauce          2 tablespoon

Hot sauce            2 tablespoon

Corn flour            2 tablespoon

Salt                       to taste or a teaspoon

Bring boil the stock, add spices and whole corn,

Add shredded chicken and crushed corn,

When the soup starts to boil add corn flour solution and beaten egg with continuous stir,

Garnish it with spring onion and serve.
