Chicken Karahi

Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 1 and half cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp each
Black pepper 1 and half teasp
Salt 1 teasp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mix the above masala in the yogurt and add chicken in it. Keep it aside for an hour at least.

Onions 1 and half medium sized
Tomatoes 4-5 large
Crushed red chilli flakes 1 and half teasp

Now in a karahi pour oil and add onions and sauté them then add tomatoes and crushed red chilli flakes and stir a bit. Cover and let the tomatoes cook till dry. Then add the chicken with yogurt and cover for some time till the chicken is cooked. Add jillion cut ginger, green chillies and some dhanya and cook till dry. Add 2 tbsp of desi ghee and Keep on dum for 5 mins. Sprinkle some more green chilli and dhanya on top for garnish.
