
1/2 cup flour
2 pinch of salf
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup+1/8th cup of milk
1 egg
1 tbsp of oil
just spread the batter nicely over a non-stick pan and spread the batter make sure you have to make it thin as crepes are thin
for filling i used mince which was made for dinner you can do any kind of filling its upto you
in the end just give them nice folds and shallow fry it
