Tart by Saira Kashif

Flour 3 cups
Sugar 3/4 cup
Unsalted butter 225 grams
Salt 1 pinch
Egg 1

Method
Take butter and mix it until it becomes soft and creamy. Add sugar and beat well. Add the egg and beat again till blended well. Add salt in the flour and mix it in the butter and egg mixture until incorporated.
Bring together the mixture to form a dough. Keep it in the fridge for half hour. Take out and layer the tart cups and prick with a fork in the bottom. Bake the crust for 20 minutes.
Fill the tarts with your own choice. Fruits, cream, chocolate ganache
