Semolina 2 cups
Sugar 1 ½ cup or as needed
Edible gum (goond) ¾ cup
Puffs (mahkanay) 2 cups
Almonds 1 cup
Pistachios 1 cup
Walnuts 1 cup
Cashews 1 cup
Raisins 1 cup
Sunflower seeds ¾ cup
Pure ghee (clarified butter) ½ cup or as needed
Sauté all the ingredients separately in ghee expect semolina and sugar,
Till they become crispy,
Dry roast the semolina till aroma occurs,
Let all the ingredients cool down on room temperature,
Grind all the ingredients including sugar expect semolina
Mix all the grinded ingredients well including semolina.
Store it in air tight container for 6 months.
