
Vegetable crispy patties
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Suji ½ cup
Oil ya ghee ¼ cup
Warm water for kneading
Method:
Add flour suji n ghee in a bowl mix them well add warm water for kneading knead for atleast 4 minutes then set it aside for 10 min .. dough should be medium soft ( q k soji ne pholna hai to dough hard ho jae gi to medium soft)
Filling ingredients
1 medium boiled potatoes mashed
1 cup peas
1 fine chopped capsicum
1 small onion chopped
Salt as per taste
Garm masla thora sa
Pisa hwa sokha dhania
Lal mirch powder thora sa
Note: sirf potatoes mashed krni hain bki sb chopped n mix in potatoes
Chatpati Chutney ingredients
Mint leaves
Green chillies
Garlic cloves
½Lemon juice
Salt
Fresh coriander
Thora sa pani n grind it to make paste .. after that add 1teaspoon of chutney in to filling material n mix with spoon n hands..
Method for making patties:
Take small amount of dough make a ball n roll it flat with rolling pin cut in to square or cut small circles add small amount of filling in the half portion apply maida n water mixture to all the four side now turn the other half to make it triangle or semi circle press with light hand to close the side then with the hlp of fork press the sides again to seal it properly…
Fry:
Deep fry on low medium heat untill golden brown serve hot with ketchup 🔥
