Gajar ka halwa

Grated Carrots     ½ kg

Ghee   ½ cup

Sugar ¾ cup

Full fat milk  1 ½ cups

 Crushed Cardamoms 4-5

In a pan add ghee and sauté cardamoms.

Now add grated carrots and cook on low flame till carrots get tender and soft.

Now add milk and sugar and cook till mixture is dry.

Now fry the halwa till oil appears on the sides and aroma occurs.

Tadaa halwa is ready.

Garnish it with khoya and dry fruits.
