Finger fish recipe

Ingredients:
Boneless fish 2kg to 2.5kg
Cornflour 1tbs
Maida 2 tbs
Baisan 2 tbs
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder 1tbs
Garam masala ½-1 tbs
Zerra powder 1tbs
Garlic powder ½ tsp u can also use garlic paste upto u
Ajwain ½tsp
Lemon 1
Green chillies 3-4 grounded ( pesi hoi)
Safaid Till 1tbs
Egg 1
Water as required
Lemon additional 2 ( for fish)

Method:
Wash fish n let it rest so extra water can drain out after that take juice of 2 lemons n apply on fish n rest it for 30 minutes.. make the mixture of above given spices in a seperate bowl mix egg water n 1 lemon juice in it and make thick paste add the finger fish fillet in mixutre put it in freezer n rest it for 1 – 2 hours now take a zipper lock bag n place the marinated fish in zipper lock n put the remaining mixture in zipper lock n let it freeze..

When ever u want to fry it take out the required pieces for five minutes n deep fry in preheated oil.
Serve hot with imlee sauce or chilli garlic ketchup💞
