Chicken minced 1 kilogram
Onions 2 medium
Green chilies 4-5 medium
Fresh coriander ¼ th bunch
Bread slices 2 medium
Egg 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
Chinese salt ½ teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
White pepper ½ teaspoon
In a chopper add all the ingredients together and marinate the batter for minimum ½ hour.
Make oval shaped kababs and shallow fry them in low-medium flame.
Fry till kababs are golden brown and tender.
You can freeze the kababs for 15 days.
