Chicken minced (keema) ½ kg
Onion 1 medium (slices)
Tomatoes 1 medium (roughly chopped)
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Button red chillies 5 medium
Cinnamon 1 small stick
Cloves 5 to 6
Black pepper corn 5 to 6
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste or 1 teaspoon
In a pan add oil, onion, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper corn,
Sauté onions till they turn dark brown,
Add chicken minced, ginger garlic paste and button red chilies,
Cook for 2 minutes,
Now add, tomatoes, red chili powder, salt add ½ cup water,
Cook for 5 mintues (or till water is dried).
Garnish it with Julian cut ginger and green chilies.
Serve with naan
