Marination ingredients:
Meat 1 Raan/ Lamb Whole
Yogurt 1kg
Ginger garlic paste 5- tablespoon ( 2 tablespoon to apply direct on Raan n 3 tablespoon mixed in yogurt)
Red chilli pwder 3 tablespoon
Salt 1 tablespoon or to taste
Chaat masla 1½ tablespoon
Garam masala 1½ tablespoon
Lemon juice juice of 5 juicy lemons
Ghee 3 tablespoon
Method:
• clean the lamb remove extra fat
• add cuts on lamb so u can fill the marination on inner side as well
• now apply ginger garlic paste on lamb and put it on tawa n toast for 5 min each side on low flame.
• now place the lamb in a dish n add yogurt marination to it
• rest it for 24 hours in refrigerator
• Now take a wok place lamb n marination to it cover it with lid n cook on low flame for 4 hours turn/ change the side of lamb after 2 hours when meat is tender dish it out
• cook the remaining marination untill oil seperates to make it a sauce
• Garnish it with green chillies lemon slice fresh coriander n mint leaves place some sauce on top of lamb n place the rest in a seperate bowl.
• serve with hot chapatis or tandoori roti along with the sauce❤
• you can also serve it with rice dish depnds on your preference 😊
