Daal Mash 1 cup
Yogurt ½ kg
Sugar 8 to 10 tablespoon
Imli ki chutney for garnish
Chat masala for garnish
Soak daal for almost 2 hours.
Put sugar in yogurt and stir it till smooth consistency occurs.
Grind the daal into thick paste.
Now shallow fry it like pancakes and dip them in water.
After few minutes, squeeze the baray to remove excess water.
Put the baray in yogurt and garnish it.
You can store they baray in freezer for later use.
