Strawberry sauce is an ideal sauce for desserts and ice creams.
You can use it in multiple food items in which you want to give strawberry flavor i.e. strawberry cheese cakes, strawberry mousse, strawberry ice creams, strawberry smoothie or shakes and use it in yogurts etc.
Strawberries 250 grams
Sugar ½ cup
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Red food color ½ teaspoon
Vanilla essence few drops
Cook strawberries and sugar on low flame.
When strawberries turn tender and soft blend the sauce and strain it.
Put the strained sauce into pan and add vinegar, food color and vanilla essence.
Cook for few minutes until slightly thicken.
Store it in air tight container in refrigerator for further use.
