Homemade Achar Masala | Pakistani Special Recipe

Crushed red chilies      130 grams

Funnel seeds (sauf)      130 grams

Meethi dana                  130 grams

Kalongi                            65 grams

Rai                                   55 grams

Chat masala                   70 grams

Salt                                  4 tablespoon or as needed

Crush sauf, meethi dana, kalongi and red chilies.

Add chat masala salt and rai to it.

Achar masala is ready for 5 to 7 kg of Achar.
