Hari Chutney in 3 Ways

Fresh mint              1 cup

Fresh coriander      1 cup

Green chilies           4 to 5 (medium)

Cumin (Zeera)         1 teaspoon

Vinegar or lemon   2 tablespoon

Salt                             1 teaspoon

Water                       Â½ cup

Blend all the ingredients together till smooth and thicken.

Chutney is ready, serve it with snacks or any other Pakistani rice dish.

For raita

Add 4 to 5 tablespoon of hari chutney in ½ cup of yogurt.

For imli chutney

Add 3 to 4 tablespoon of hari chutney in ½ cup of imli paste or chutney

For tomato chutney

Add 3 to 4 tablespoons  of hari chutney in ½ cup of ketchup.
