Dark Chocolate Brownie with Chocolate Ganache

All purpose flour   2 cups

Coco powder          1 cup

Caster sugar            1 cup

Oil                             1 cup

Eggs                           2 medium

Milk                           1 cup

Baking powder        1 teaspoon

Baking soda              1 teaspoon

Make two batters one will be dry batter and another will be liquid batter.

For dry batter mix flour, coco powder, baking soda and baking powder.

For liquid batter mix eggs, sugar oil and milk.

Now add dry batter to liquid batter whisk nicely till smooth consistency occurs.

Pour it in a greased pan and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes at 180 degree Celsius .

When the cake is done, cool it down and pour chocolate ganache.

For chocolate ganache

Chocolate     100 grams

Cream            200 grams

Use double boiler to melt chocolate and cream.

When chocolate starts to melt whisk it nicely.
