Gulab Jamun

Nido                       1 cup

Baking powder      1 teaspoon

Flour                        2 teaspoon

Egg                            1 or as needed

Ghee                         if needed

For sheera

Equal amount of water and sugar (1 c sugar and 1c water) with elichi 2-3

Sieve nido, baking powder and flour.

Knead with egg .

Deep fry on very low flame in ghee

Make a sugar syrup.

Put fried gulab jaman in the sheera and cook foe few minutes

Garnish with nuts.
