Homemade strawberry jam is an ideal way to start a day.
Full of healthy nutrients provided by strawberries. No artificial flavors, no harmful preservatives and no chemicals. A total guilt free product.
Strawberries 600 grams (Chopped)
Sugar 350 grams
Lemon 1 medium
Red food color few drops (optional)
In a pan add strawberries and sugar.
Cook on low flame until soft and tender
Mash the strawberries until thicken consistency occurs.
To test place a little portion on cool surface and wait a minute.
If jam stay at same place when tilted, the jam is ready.
Put the jam in clean and dry container.
Refrigerate it for a month.
And enjoy on toasts, croissants, buns etc
