Shahi Garam Masala | All Spice Powder | Homemade | Pakistani Recipe

Cumin (Zeera)                                  15 grams or 4-5 tablespoon

Pepper corn  (Kali mirch)                20 grams or 4 tablespoon

Cloves (Long)                                    10 grams or 2 tablespoon

Cardamom (Green elaichi)             3 grams or 15-20 pieces

Cinnamon (Dar chini)                       5 grams or 5 pieces of 1 inch

Anise flower (Baniyan ka phool)    1 medium

Black Cardamom (Bari elaichi)       3 medium

Nutmeg spice  (Jaifil)                       ½ ball of ½ teaspoon

Nutmeg plant (Jawatri)                   2-3 medium pieces

Bay leaves (Tez patta)                      2 medium

Grind all the ingredients together will powder occurs.

store it in air tight container on room temperature.

Sprinkle it on foods like nahari or paye and you can also use it in desi marination.
