Chili Sauce | My Secret Ingredient | Basics

Home made chili sauce is my secret ingredient which gives aroma to most of my continental dishes.Believe me its 10/10

Button red chilies    1 Cup

White vinegar           1 Cup

Water                         3 Cups

Salt                             1 Teaspoon

Sugar                         1 Teaspoon

Boil button red chilies in 3 cups of water till it deceases to 1 cup.

Now blend all the chilies.

Now add vinegar, salt and sugar and cook till consistency thickens.

Keep the sauce in air tight jar and place it in fridge.

It will be safe for almost 6 months.

Only 1 table spoon will be added in 6-8 servings of gravy.
