Palak Gosht | Pakistani Style Recipe

Mouth watering palak gosht is loved my every one.

You can use beef or mutton instend of chicken.

Serve with rice or roti.

Palak (Spinach)   1 kg

Meethi                 ½ pao or 125 grams

Green chilies      2 medium

Chicken               ½ kg or 500 grams

Oil                      ½  cup

Onions            2 medium (slices)

Tomatoes           4 medium ( roughly chopped)

Ginger Garlic Paste     1 tablespoon

Cumin (Zeera)           ½ teaspoon

Long cloves                    3-4

Whole black pepper    5-6

Red chili powder       1  ½ tablespoon

Turmeric (Haldi)                1 teaspoon

Salt                   to taste or 1 teaspoon

In a pan heat oil,

Add onion, zeera, long and black pepper cook till onion becomes golden,

Now add chicken and cook till color changes,

Now add tomatoes, red chilli powder, haldi and salt,

Cook till tomatoes become soft, tender and oil appears on the side.

Add palak, meethi and green chillies.

Cook on low flame till palak get tender.

When palak is tender cook on high flame till oil appears on sides.

Garnish it with Green chilies and coriander.

Serve with rice and roti.
