Homemade Peanut Chikki | Pakistani Street Food Snack

Every Pakistani’s childhood memory snack

Peanuts  1 cup

Sugar     1 cup

In a pan melt sugar on low heat.

Add peanuts and coat all the sugar syrup by mixing well.

On a greased surface, spread the peanut mixture.

Let it cool down for 5 minutes then cut it with the help of knife.

Wait 5 minutes more and see if it hard or not.

Wait until it gets hard.

Tadaa the chikki is ready.

Store it in air tight jar.

*you can use any dry fruit you want to like almonds or roasted chickpeas etc.
