Mint Raita

Yogurt                  1 cup

Fresh Mint           ½ cup

Fresh coriander ½ cup

Cumin (Zeera)    ½ tea spoon

Salt                       ½ tea spoon

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth consistency occurs.

 Put little water if needed.

Serve with kababs, samosas, biryani, bun kababs etc.

Refrigerate in a air tight container for a week.
