Continental Style Fish

For marination :

Fish Fillet                      500 grams or ½ kg

Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon

Mustard paste             ½ tablespoon

Salt                                 ½ teaspoon

Paprika                           ½  teaspoon

Egg                                  1

All purpose flour           2-3 tablespoon

For coating

Bread crumbs                2 cups

Sesame seeds               2 tablespoon

Method:

Marinate the fish with Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste, salt, paprika, egg and all purpose flour for amost an hour.

Now mix the sesame seeds with bread crumbs and coat each fillet separately.

Deep fry the fish on medium flame till golden brown.

Serve hot.
