Crispy Spring Rolls | Restaurant Style

For Filling

Chicken               1 cup (minsed)

Capsicum            1 medium (Julienne)

Carrot                  2 medium (Julienne)

Cabbage              1 cup (Julienne)

Soya sauce          1 teaspoon

Black pepper       ½ teaspoon

Salt                             ½ teaspoon or to taste

Oil                                2 tablespoon

In a pan add oils and sauté chicken till tender.

Add capsicum, cabbage and carrots.

Add species and cook for few minutes.

Filling the ready.

For Binding

All purpose flour   2 tablespoon

Water                     as needed

Wrapping sheets  as needed

Put water in flour and make a thick batter.

Batter will help us to bind the wrapping sheets together.

(You can use egg instead of flour and water mixture)
