Ingredients
Button red chilies ½ cup
Cumin (Zeera) 2 tablespoon
Dry coriander 2 tablespoon
Black pepper 2 tablespoon
Method
Sauté chilies, cumin and coriander until aroma occurs.
Grind all the ingredients together with black pepper.
Masala is ready to use.
Enjoy.
Tips
- Put 2 tablespoons of masala in ½ kg of meat (for spicy karahi add more masala)
- Use this masala in different kind of Karahies, keemas and kababs.
- Store the masala in air tight container.
- You can use this masala for 2 months.
- Add 2 tablespoons of salt if you want to add salt it in masala.
