Skewers or Shashlik Sticks

Ingredients: 

Boneless chicken       1cup (cubes)

Carrot                              1 medium(cubes)

Capsicum                       1 medium (cubes)

Onion                               1 medium (cubes)

Tomato                            1 medium (cubes)

All purpose flour        ½ cup or as needed

Egg                                      1 or 2

Soya sauce                      2 table.spoon

Black pepper                 1  tea spoon

Salt                                       ½ tea spoon or to taste

Method:

Marinate all the ingredients together for more then 30 minutes.

Insert the ingredients into skewers.

Shallow fry them into frying pan.

Enjoy hot with ketchup or shaslik sauce.
