Chicken Seekh Kabab | Pakistani Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken                 250 grams (boneless)

Onion                    1 medium

Green chili         3 medium

Coriander           ¼ cup

Bread                    2 slices

Butter                   2 table spoon

Ginger garlic paste         1 tablespoon (heaped)

Red chili powder            1 teaspoon

Red chili crushed           1 teaspoon

All spice powder             1 teaspoon

Yellow food color           ¼ teaspoon or pinch

Method:

In a food processor add all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.

Refrigerate it for ½ hour then shape the kababs.

(At this stage you can freeze the kababs for later use)

Shallow fry the kababs and give coal smoke.

Enjoy  with chutney/raita or make paratha rolls.
