Imli (Tamarind) ki Chutney

Ingredients 

Imli (Tamarind)                      ¼ Cup

Brown Sugar                          ½ Cup

Zeera (Cumin)                       1 teaspoon

Red chili powder                 1 teaspoon

Salt                                             1/2  teaspoon

Water                                        1 ½ cup

Method

In a pan add all the ingredients and bring it to boil.

When pulpy consistency occurs mix it well.

Topped the chutney in dahi ballay, channa chat or serve alone with pakaroas.

Enjoy the sweet and sour flavor.
