Super Soft Vanilla Cupcakes

Super soft Vanilla cupcake is  the best recipe that you can enjoy with hot cup of tea.

Ingredients: 

All purpose flour      1 cup

Caster sugar               1 cup

Cooking oil                  1 cup

Eggs                                 4

Baking soda                 1 teaspoon

Baking powder            ½ teaspoon

Vanilla extract             ½ teaspoon

Method:

Beat eggs in till fluffiness started to occur.

Add sugar and oil, beat till smooth consistency.

Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla extract, then mix well.

Pour the batter into cupcakes moulds with butter paper cups.

Make sure the batter in the mould is 75% filled.

Bake on pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 minutes.

Then enjoy with or without icing.

Best serve with tea.
