Pistachio Ice-cream

Amazing recipe for home made creamy ice-cream.Which is best to serve in summers with endless flavors and joy.

Pistachios                    ½ cup (chopped)

Tetra pack cream    500 grams

Condensed milk       ½ cup

Food color                  1 tablespoon

Kewera essence     2 drops

Whip the cream until it gets double in size.

Coat condensed milk, pistachios ,food color and kewera essence in cream.

Put the mixture into air tight container and freeze it for 6-10 hours.

After the mixture turns solid, scoop it out and enjoy.
