Loukey 1 medium (grated)
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Dry mint leaves 1 tablespoon
For Baghar
Oil ¼ cup
Onion 1 medium (slices)
Cumin (Zeera) 1 teaspoon
Button red chilies 4-5 medium
Green chilies 4-5 medium
Method
Grate the loukey.
Steam grated loukey in little water till tender.
Mix red chili powder, salt and mint into yogurt.
Put loukey in yogurt mixture and mix well.
Make a baghar by frying onion till golden brown and add remaining ingredients.
Put the baghar on yogurt.
Enjoy with zeera rice.
