Zinger Strips

For chicken marination

Chicken strips                         500 grams

Worcestershire sauce       1 teaspoon

Red chili powder                    ½ teaspoon

Black pepper                            ½ teaspoon

Red Chili flakes                       ¼ teaspoon

Salt                                                 to taste

Marinate the strips with above mentioned ingredients for 20-30 minutes.

For coating

All purpose flour                  2cups

White pepper                        ¼ teaspoon

Chicken powder                   ½ teaspoon

Salt                                                 to taste or ½ teaspoon

Mix above ingredients together.

Water                                             2 cups

Dip each Chicken piece into flour mixture then in water, then in flour mixture.

(flour+water+flour)

Deep fry each piece for 15-20 minutes(till golden brown) on medium-low flame.
