
For chicken marination
Chicken steaks 500 grams
Garlic 2-3 cloves (crush)
Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Oregano ½ teaspoon
Rosemary ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for almost an hour.
Fry the chicken steak with 2 tablespoon oil till tender.
For jalapeño sauce
Jalapeños 2-3 teaspoon (chopped)
Cream ¼ cup
White pepper ¼ teaspoon
Chicken powder 1 teaspoon
Butter 2 tablespoon
Milk ½ cup
All purpose flour 3 tablespoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Mustard paste 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
Make roux (white sauce) with butter, all purpose flour and milk.
Now add other ingredients and mix till smooth paste occurs.
In a hot plate or sizzler place chicken and pour jalapeño sauce.
Serve hot with assorted vegetables, garlic bread or mash/baked potatoes.
