Chicken Shawerma

Easy, Yummy and Hygienic street food recipe is a must try this summer.

For chicken

Chicken                        1 cup (Julian)

Salt                                  1/2 teaspoon or to taste

Pepper                           ½ teaspoon

Red chili powder     ½ teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste  ½ teaspoon

Oil                                       2 tablespoon

Sauté chicken in oil until tender.

Shawerma sauce:

Mayo                              ½ cup

Cream                            ¼ cup

Chili sauce                  2 teaspoon

Salt pepper                 ½ teaspoon

Milk                                for smoothening

Mix all the ingredients together.

Shawerma pickles

Cucumbers                   1 medium (Julienne)

Carrots                           1 medium (Julienne)

Red onions                    1 medium (slices)

White vinegar               1/2 cup

Water                                1/2 cup

Sugar                                  1/2  teaspoon

Salt                                       1/4 teaspoon

Add vegetables and leave for 30 minutes then enjoy.

Refrigerate it after use.

Method

Toast the pita bread.

Spread sauce then chicken.

Now add pickles and roll it into butter paper.
